These guidelines detail what we are doing to ensure your time away from home is safe. Our detailed plan can be seen below. It will mean we have to do things differently, some of our usual standards and levels of hospitality will temporarily be amended but, rest assured, we will still be putting you first, doing whatever we can to make your time with us enjoyable but all wrapped in a package to keep you, and our hard-working and extremely dedicated team members safe. We know you trust us and we will create a safe environment for all.
On July 4th, we're glad to be able to say that The Waterfront Hotel will once again be open. Guest and employee wellbeing will be our top priority and we've made some changes to make sure that your stay, is a safe one.
Watch the video, to see all that we've done, but most of all, we look forward to having you back.
Trust forms the basis of your SafeStay with us and we have spent time ensuring that every element of your stay is as safe and as relaxed as it can be. We will not compromise with the safety of our guests or our team members and we hope that you will respect the guidelines in place.
We have been working hard on a number of things to minimise contact and to make things safer and more efficient in the future. Self-check-in kiosks will be available at all venues, a new online food ordering portal with online payment and a completely cash-free environment are just a few of the changes we have made...
We have spent a lot of time looking at new cleaning regimes, high traffic areas and main guest touchpoints. Your bedroom will be deep cleaned before your arrival and sealed to ensure safety. Non-essential items will be removed from the bedrooms to reduce possible contamination areas, and housekeeping will not enter again unless your stay is longer than 3 nights.
