Our main priority is the make sure that when you join us for a relaxing break, you, and our dedicated team feel safe in the knowledge we’re doing all we can to be just that.
Some practises will remain in place. For example, we will continue to fog all public areas, and are still leaving in place enhanced cleaning regimes. On entry guests and team members will be temperature checked discretely and those above the normal level will be refused entry. The entire resort has also gone cashless.
Breathing fresh air has never been more important. At The Waterfront Hotel and Y Spa, we have the following energy-efficient ventilation systems in place. These are maintained by an external contractor, on a regular service schedule, to ensure they are operating effectively.
