• There may be circumstances that require us to alter the residential accommodation allocated to you. We will do this only if the alternatives we offer are suitable for your purposes as you explained them to us when you made the booking. There will be no extra charge to you if we change or upgrade your room allocations under this clause.
• Access to the Spa, including the Hydrotherapy outdoor pool is not included in your rate.
• Prices are based on 2 people sharing a room.

• Non golfer sharing with a golfer - £115 per night (unless the golf rate is cheaper) to include breakfast and dinner.
