We're delighted to be able to welcome you back to The Waterfront Brasserie, to enjoy great food and drink with friends and family. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic we've made some changes to ensure that you dine and drink safely with us.

Something To Know...

From changing capacities, to social distancing, low-contact dining, and increased cleaning, we've made sure that we've thought of everything when it comes to dining safely. For the purposes of NHS Track & Trace, we will be required to take all guests' details.

Online Restaurant Booking

Before You Arrive

We ask that all guests try to book their table online. This page will denote how many guests you can book for and various other important information. Once your booking has been made online, you'll receive confirmation of the next steps.

Guests must ensure a safe physical distance from other diners and team members at all times.

Arrival

Diners are given 1 hour and 30 minutes at their tables for dining and we ask that guests are on time for their booking as this cannot be extended. Tables booked after 6 pm is for diners only.

Maximum table size of 6 from a maximum of 2 households.

In The Waterfront Brasserie you'll notice on your table and menu a QR code. Scan with your smartphone and you can simply order your food and drinks online, minimising contact.

Staying with us? You can use the portal to order yourself some delicious room service!

Social Distancing

Our capacities have changed dramatically, you'll notice tables are spaced out more and social distancing signage is placed on both floors and walls so please do pay attention to the guidelines.
