From changing capacities, to social distancing, low-contact dining, and increased cleaning, we've made sure that we've thought of everything when it comes to dining safely. For the purposes of NHS Track & Trace, we will be required to take all guests' details.
Residential groups can be of no more than 6. Any current bookings will be asked to reduce numbers to 6 or cancel their booking.
All residential groups and diners will be reminded of our policy; you can eat, drink and socialise as a group of 6 but cannot change the group you are in and cannot join another group.
In The Waterfront Brasserie you'll notice on your table and menu a QR code. Scan with your smartphone and you can simply order your food and drinks online, minimising contact.
