Guests can arrive for Check-in from 3 pm and we ask you to check out by 11 am on day of departure.
Early Check-in and late check out can be arranged for a small charge of £25 each. Subject to availability.
We have mainly twin and double rooms at the Waterfront Hotel and do have a few Junior suite that have a sofa bed that can sleep and extra person.
We are sorry but we do not allow animals on site. Guide dogs are welcomed however.
When a room is pre-paid on an advanced purchased rate it can not be refunded. All other rooms can be cancelled with no charge applicable by 12pm on the day of arrival.

All our Waterfront Hotel guests have access to 1Life Health & Leisure Club free of charge, which has an indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. The Spa also has an outdoor hydrotherapy pool which is available only to Spa guests or hotel guests that have upgraded to include use of the Thermal Spa.
As of the 1st May 2020, we will be going cashless at The Waterfront Hotel, Golf & Spa. But don't worry you can still pay by debit, credit or from your mobile phone.
