One hour of access to the aqua park costs just £15 per person and includes the use of lifejackets and flotation devices. Wetsuits are available to rent at just £5 per person.

Please note to ensure the safety of our guests we do not allow any candles to be lit in hotel rooms. We hope this doesn't cause any inconvenience during your stay.

Cars are parked at the owners risk and guests are reminded not to leave any valuables in vehicles. The Waterfront Hotel will not be liable for any loss or damages.

Electric car charging points are available for our guests. All charging points are Eon, plus 10 Tesla Superchargers. Additional chargers are available at all venues across the resort.

The nearest cash point is at the Tesco store approximately 1 mile away. Banks closest to Wyboston Lakes are in St. Neots town centre.

We ask that you check out of your bedroom by 11am. For your convenience, we offer an express check-out service. 

Late checkout is available on request and subject to availability. 

A chemist and pharmacy can be found in St Neots town centre, approximately 3 miles away. There is also a pharmacy as Tesco Extra.

If you are hard of hearing and concerned you may not hear the fire alarm, please send a request to reception for a deafguard device.

There is also an emergency walk-in centre in St Neots approximately 3 miles away. They can be contacted directly on 01480 219317.

In the event of a fire, please refer to the fire evacuation procedures on the back of your bedroom door. Our fire alarms are tested every Wednesday at 11:00am.

Unless the alarms remain constant for longer than a minute, there is no need to evacuate during this test.

The fire assembly is located where the Tesla Superchargers are.

A steam iron and ironing board are provided in your room for your use. Dry cleaning services are available but incur an extra cost. To enquire about our dry cleaning services please speak to reception by dialing 4700 from your room phone.

All bedrooms are fitted with a safe which is located in your wardrobe unit. Should you require any assistance, reception will be happy to help. Please note that contents are left at owners risk.

Please note that this is for the use of the 1 Life Health & Leisure Pool as access to Y Spa and its facilities are not permitted unless part of a package or have been added to your stay.

• 0-8 year olds: This age group can use the pool only when accompanied by an adult or parent within the stated times. This age group cannot use the sauna or steam room or attend Aquafit classes.
• 9-15 year olds: This age group can use the pool, sauna and steam room only when accompanied by an adult or parent within the stated times. The group cannot attend Aquafit classes.
• Supervision: persons aged 18+ or a parent must directly supervise the children under the age of 15 in the swimming pool. 

The supply to the lights and power sockets in your room is operated by the room card being placed in the activator by the main door. Your bedroom has a convector heater for your comfort. The power to the heater is always active and continues to work without having the room key in the activator.
